The school she attended briefly was Northeast Louisiana University after graduating. Ward left her high school at 13 years old to begin modeling. Alongside her direct-to-DVD parts, she also appeared in numerous guest appearances on television programs like Friends. She was a main cast member of ABC Family's drama show Make It or Break It for the first two seasons of 2009. She appeared on the show in 2009 and landed the role Chloe Kmet as the mother of a teenage gymna. In terms of her private life, she is married to David C. Robinson. They have a son named Cameron.
